What are some of the benefits using CBD oil? Great post!
Anna- I will be posting a more in-depth post about the benefits for using CBD oil orally as well as topically. Thanks for following 🙂
I am so happy to see more information about CBD being shared! It is really confusing to tons of people and almost sounds like a ‘bad thing.’ When in reality, it’s SO helpful and healing in so many ways! I use it when I have bad cramps or trouble sleeping. It makes me feel so much better than putting more chemicals in my body that lead to stomach and liver issues.
I’m currently doing a CBD protocol for helping with my sleep. My patterns are SO off the charts right now and I know it’s affecting me so much. Trying to find the balance and I’m SO overjoyed that this medicine is available.
Very helpful information for those who are unaware of what CBD oil is!
Thank you Emily!
