Mind

The mind is an extraordinary tool and governs our mental and emotional aspects. It plays a role in our consciousness – and is made up of our Superconscious, Subconscious and Conscious psyches. Your mental health and overall wellness can be nurtured through meditation, as well as different exercises and shifts in perspective to create an overall sense of balance and harmony. Listen

Body

The body and mind are inextricably connected. Every time we have a thought, we set off a series of cellular reactions in our nervous system that influence all the molecules in our body. The body is our physical, organic being. Our body is our “vehicle” in the physical world, and it is the channel through which we perceive and interact with other people and the environment around us.

Soul

The Mind and Soul complete a full circle; the mind is a beginning with no ending, and the Soul is an ending with no beginning.

Our soul is our core source and essence of our being. It is invisible, and does not lay within the brain or the body, but within everything. It’s eternal nature does not need to conform to constructs like time, space or take physical qualities. Instead, it expresses life’s creator– a Divinity, Source, God, or The Universe – through the creative expressions of each and every one of us. It’s important to remember we are spiritual beings having a human experience. As immortal spirit bodies, our Spirit/ Soul can connect us to things much larger than ourselves and our five basic senses.
