In a small saucepan, add almond milk, ground turmeric, grated ginger, medicated coconut oil, black pepper, and sweetener of choice (honey, stevia plant or maple syrup works just fine).
Whisk to combine + warm over medium heat. Heat until hot to the touch but make sure not to start boiling . This will take 4-5 minutes - whisking frequently.
Turn off heat and taste to adjust flavor. Add more sweetener to taste or more turmeric or ginger for intense spice + flavor. You can also add various herbs and spice if you like.
Pour ingredients in the pan in a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds to a minute to get a nice, frothy texture. Pour and serve.
