Sharing is caring, and there are just so many delicious goodies I want to share with you all! For the month of January I tuned in to what I use within my daily rituals, along with items that are just too good not to share!

These brands + products are absolutely killing it in the eco-friendly, sustainable, business model front. One of my all time mantras is sharing knowledge only brings abundance of great things. My vision is to make these monthly curated lists for all you LightWorkers out there to find inspiration, gain information on a beautiful new brand, or possibly see this as the universe giving you a little nudge. Either way, I know you’ll enjoy!

Acure – Sensitive Skin Body Wash with CoQ10

$9.00 USD

Why I’m lovin’ it: Currently, I’m on a long journey of balancing my Ph levels and getting into a less acidic state. With all these changes and living in tropical, humid weather, my skin has changed to being highly sensitive. Traces of eczema show depending on my stress level, and rashes show up and as much as I try to use only natural treatments (coconut oil, neem oil, etc.,) sometimes I just need a good source of organic body wash. I love that this product has CoQ10 and Argan stem cells in it which  absorb deeply to replenish lost moisture and elasticity. Seriously amazing soothing hydration and rinses clean which feels fantastic on my sensitive skin. Order your bottle of Acure here

KIVA –  Moringa Powder

$20.00 USD

Why I’m lovin’ it: My time in Mexico has been such an amazing learning experience. While learning about the abundant superfoods available here, Moringa has been one the number one thing I consume on a daily basis. Looking for a killer recipe? I recently wrote in the blog about an my morning Nopales + Moringa Smoothie recipe. The good news is, you don’t have to make a trip to Mexico to get your hands on this excellent superfood. One of my favorite powdered source of Moringa comes from a company called Kiva, which uses organic practices and has high standards for the quality of Moringa they choose. You can order a 1lb bag of powdered Moringa here

Madewell – The Zip Transport Tote

$188.00 USD

Why I’m lovin’ it: For anyone on the go, or any traveling gypsy knows that having a go-to bag is a must. What I love from this bag is it applies to all my needs- I can zip this baby up, put in my laptop and book, throw it over my shoulder, and go. Being genuine leather, this is not exactly “eco-friendly”, however out of the many many bags I’ve gone through during road trips, through airlines, and just plain errands, this bag meets all my needs. The quality is outstanding and I absolutely LOVE Madewell’s customer service. At under $200 this bag is an investment, however, I promise you will not be disappointed with this bag. Skinny & Co.  – Coconut Oil

Why I’m lovin’ it: I’m always on the hunt for high quality coconut oil. It’s such a prevalent product that I use on a daily basis that I want to make sure I’m using a brand I trust. I recently found out about Skinny & Co. and the designer in me instantly fell in love with the branding. Beyond that, I was curious to try out their products and was happy to see they had several grades of coconut oil; there’s one of oil pulling, lip balm, raw coconut oil, and even a snazzy little gift pack. This brand makes sure to use only 100% raw, pure coconut oil that works for hair, skin, cooking, and more. It contains no pesticides, and promotes improved dental hygiene. To purchase Skinny & Co. Women, Food, and Desire –  Alexandra Jamieson

$16.00 USD

Why I’m lovin’ it: I received this book from my beloved over Christmas Eve and it has been such a blessing. Alexandra covers many aspects that have played huge roles in how I look at food – from emotional eating, uncovering old patterns and the root of bad habits. Alexandra comes from a very heart centered position when explaining the steps towards healing and implementing changes such as ayurveda and eliminating gluten and sugar. If you’re looking for scientific based claims, citations, and further reading, this book will not be for you. This book explores women’s cravings—for food, sleep, sex, movement, companionship, inspiration—and teaches them to listen to their bodies for a healthier, fuller life. Jai Jagdeesh Meditations for Transformation

$15.00 USD

Why I’m lovin’ it: Part of my morning rituals is to listen to this album. It’s a beautiful compilations of 3 mantras. I first heard about Jai from Gabby Bernstein 4 years ago and I’ve been hooked ever since. There’s such authentic, raw beauty in her voice and I always feel so cleansed after listening. Not only do I listen to this album during my morning rituals but just whenever I need some extra love and light. When I’m cooking, cleaning, editing photos and blogs… pretty much whenever. For those interested in adding some sacred chants into your life- I ABSOLUTELY recommend this album to start. To purchase these meditations, click here

Komono  – Unisex Winston Watch

Why I’m lovin’ it: I will be honest, I am not a watch person. I’m typically chained to my technology in some sort of another- but I LOVE this watch. KOMONO means “small things” and its creators share a passion for distilling the best of culture into its simplest forms. Made of Japanese quartz, and canvas strap, this is the epitome of elegance and casual, laid back style. If you’re looking for a quality watch that will go with everything, I highly recommend this watch. Purchase your Komono watch here
